Office Assistant
- Manage and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle customer communications.
- Provide administrative support to the project and office managers, including maintaining organized digital and physical files.
- Assist in daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a growth mindset.
- Professional communication and basic proficiency in Google tools and Canva.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently; experience preferred.
